RESERVATIONS:

We always recommend making a reservation, as there could be a short wait when walking in to get a table.

Not all of our restaurants have outdoor seating. If your local Wildwood does and the weather is warm, please note these tables are not bookable. If the weather turns bad, we cannot guarantee another table inside the branch.

RESTAURANTS:

Find your nearest restaurant using our restaurants feature. Simply choose your preferred restaurant from the list provided, where you’ll also find the address and phone number for easy access.

For our younger guests, we offer a dedicated kids’ menu priced at £7.95, including 2 courses and a drink. Additionally, we provide activity packs to keep them entertained, high chairs for their comfort, and baby changers available in most of our restaurants for added convenience.

You can easily purchase online by clicking here for e-gift cards. Alternatively, physical gift cards are available for purchase at any of our branches.

We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit cards, credit cards (including American Express), as well as contactless payments. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Apple Pay and Android Pay for seamless transactions.

Unfortunately, gift cards and e-gift codes can only be used for dine-in orders and cannot be redeemed through our third-party delivery platforms.

While we welcome guide dogs and support dogs inside our restaurants, we regret to inform you that we do not permit other dogs indoors. However, if you’re comfortable sitting outside, your furry friend is more than welcome to join you. Please be aware that not all of our restaurants offer outdoor seating options.

You can find details about our current promotions on our dedicated Offers & Promotions page. Just follow the link provided to discover our latest deals and discounts!

For certain offers, you can simply show the relevant page from our Offers section without needing a printed voucher. For others that require a promotional code, you can either write down the code or display it on your phone when you place your order.

If you encounter any issues with a voucher or discount during your visit, please bring it to our attention, and we’ll do our best to resolve it on-site.
